**RMA & Returns:**

- **Defective Rate Guarantee:** We guarantee a defective rate of less than 0.3%. If defects exceed this threshold in a bulk order, we will replace the items free of charge in your next shipment.

- **Shipping Damage:** Please inspect goods upon arrival. Any damage caused during transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence for insurance claims.

- **Custom Orders:** OEM/ODM orders with custom branding are non-returnable unless a functional defect is proven.

## 2. Terms and Conditions

**1. Order Acceptance:**

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit (standard 30% for bulk orders). 

**2. Production Lead Time:**

Standard lead time is 7-15 working days depending on order volume and customization requirements.

**3. Intellectual Property:**

For OEM orders, the client warrants that they own the rights to all logos and branding provided for printing.
